Barberton City Schools EL Teacher, Randa Nemer was given the Ohio TESOL Excellence in Teaching award at the conference in October! Miss Nemer helps students become proficient in the English language. She is bilingual in Arabic and English and also serves as a liaison between the district and families. Randa was previously named Rookie Educator of the Year by the Summit County Educational Services Center in 2016.
