The new year represents a fresh and new beginning. By turning a new page, many Americans resolve to make a change in their lives. A resolution is a promise to make a change or fix something. From the U.S. government website, www.usa.gov, it states the following are some resolutions that Americans make for the new year:

• Save Money
• Get Fit
• Eat Healthy Food
