Wishing all of our Barberton ESL students and families a very happy new year! I look forward to working together to achieve student learning targets. The OTELA will be a measure of the student's English language proficiency that also helps the Ohio Department of Education evaluate student performance to see if targets have been met. Please note that the OTELA assessment will be administered to each of our students January 12 - March 6, 2015. Ms. Nemer has been working with each student in the district grades K-12 to prepare for the OTELA assessment.
